Retired GMC New Look at MTC South Garage in April, 1999. Photograph taken by Mike Gallant.

During a trip to Minneapolis in April '99, I found this non-operational 1967 GMC New Look bus sitting on a deserted lot at the MTC South Garage near the airport. The MTC had purchased a bunch of GMC New Looks in the 1960s but did not continue with General Motors for future bus orders. Instead, the company ordered Flxible New Looks in the 1970s. Sidenote: All Flxible New Looks arrived with the same all-red paint scheme, similar to this GMC coach....blech!!

the Fishbowl bus looks great even when it is painted with just one color
