Bieber Tourways 580 Incident

Not sure what happened here, perhaps that car in the back is "closer" than it should be. At any rate not good for the 5 PM traffic on Lancaster Ave. today. Must be a charter, I am not aware of any scheduled runs through here. For me, left turn on green and keep it moving.
