Here is NOPSI GMC RTS #568, converted into a New Orleans Police Mobile Command unit, taken at the corner of Tchoupitoulas and Poydras Streets on Carnival 2004 (a good decade or so after the NORTA put the RTS coaches out to pasture). Photograph taken by Aaron Handy III.
