MTA 3517
The third incarnation of Maryland MTA #3517. In the mid to late 90s it was transformed into MTA's mobile command center. As such, it could found at MTA functions (seen here at the 2008 MTA Bus Roadeo) and the occasional Orioles/Ravens game. Photograph taken September 20, 2008 by Gary Calicchia.
