NOPSI 1007
NOPSI instituted the Vieux Carré route in 1974 to make up for the regular NOPSI buses forced to be rerouted to North Peters and North Rampart streets due to the damage the diesel vehicles were doing to the historic buildings in Da Quarter. Collection of Aaron Handy III.
